UPS transit and delivery days are Monday-Friday. We only ship UPS for orders that do not require that we ship via truck service.

  • Thanksgiving Day - UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages. Day after Thanksgiving - Normal pickup and delivery of all UPS service levels. **NOTE C.J. Anderson & Company is closed both on Thanksgiving and the day after.

  • Dec 24th - Christmas Eve - C.J. Anderson & Company is closed, however UPS does provide delivery of packages only.

  • Dec 25th - Christmas Day - UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages

  • Dec 31st - New Year's Eve - Delivery and Pickup of air packages only, ground transit closed

  • Jan 1st - New Year's Day - C.J. Anderson & Company and UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages

WHEN UPS TRACKING SAYS "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED"

The order has been shipped from our Illinois Facility. Usually if the tracking number states "Billing Information Received", the UPS label has been been generated but either not scanned or uploaded via the drivers PDA into the UPS system. It also might mean the label is wrinkled or scratched, preventing UPS from being able to scan the item. When this happens we are not able to view the progress of the package, but they are still manually sorting and shipping the package. Please contact us by email or call 800-252-1910 or 708-867-4002 (Monday-Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm Central Time) and we would be happy to tell you when you can expect delivery. If you have a tracking number please track it via the UPS website. www.ups.com

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

We cannot ship any of our orders to a P.O. Box.

SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS

We can ship orders to an address that is different than the credit card statement billing address. When placing your order simply enter your shipping information on the left, under the Ship To: heading. Then if the credit card billing information is different you can fill in the section on the right under the Bill To (If Different): heading. You must provide the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Please allow additional time for us to process your order due to the additional security steps required.

ORDER PICK-UP

We have a Will Call Center located at 4751 N. Olcott Avenue, Harwood Heights, IL. Customers should always call and or email us to place a will call order before coming to see us. Depending on what you need we may need to fabricate the times you require and or we may not be able to pick the order as you wait. Our Will Call hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4 pm (all times Central) . Your order will be automatically routed for efficiency.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

For shipments originating from the US into Canada, the quoted shipping costs does not include all brokerage fees and duties. Taxes are not included. All prices on our site are in US Funds. Your credit card company will convert the US charge to Canadian. We only ship UPS International and cannot ship Purolator, DHL or Fedex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do ship material around the world but require that you contact us via email as our online catalog will not permit you to enter a credit card number. Due to credit card fraud we only accept payment via wire transfer which has a fee of $45.00 and will be added to your invoice. We can estimate freight via UPS International and add it to your invoice as well. Another option is shipping UPS collect, billing the freight and duty charges to your UPS account number. Once you’ve confirmed the items you wish to purchase we will email you a proforma invoice which will contain our banking information to help you in processing the wire transfer.
