NEMA 7/9 Small Class 1, Divison 1 Car Stations

Custom made for Passenger or Freight Elevators, these CJA Hazardous Location fixtures are designed for Division 1 applications.  These Fixtures will contain an internal explosion and prevent the ignition of combustible dust. 

Class 1 & 2, Division 1 are stringent ratings.  For these we use NEMA 7/9 Enclosures, Pushbuttons and Key Switches.  To make this application more attractive or eye appealing we often will attach a Stainless Steel cover “skin.”  This “skin” can be custom engraved and gives the fixture more of a conventional elevator product appearance.  In addition, it can contain information such as Fire Service instructions or other engraving which cannot be put on the covers of the standard NEMA 7/9 enclosure.
